Rates
The price is stated inclusive of VAT per night. Included: [utilities, household linen]. Additional charges: cleaning [amount], tourist tax, pet [amount]. The price displayed at the time of booking is firm and final.
Purpose
These terms govern the rental of the cottage located at [54 Chem. Lacoste, 82000 Montauban], booked online via this website.
Booking
The booking is made via the online form and is confirmed after payment of the deposit.
Payment
At the time of booking: [30 %] of the amount as a deposit, via Stripe or PayPal. Balance: [X days before arrival / on site]. Security deposit: [amount], refunded within [X days] after departure.
Cancellation
Cancellation by the guest: [scale according to notice period]. For accommodation provided on a specific date and booked online, the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code) is excluded by exception (Art. L221-28), unless otherwise agreed.
Access to the accommodation
Arrival from [4pm], departure before [11am]. Key handover: [key box / in person].
Guest obligations
The guest agrees to respect the premises, house rules and maximum occupancy. [Specify: non-smoking / pets allowed or not.]
Liability and insurance
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Holiday insurance is recommended.
Disputes and applicable law
French law applies. In the event of a dispute, the matter should first be referred to the consumer mediator and then to the competent court of [city].
Winter condition
Above 50 kW of consumption, any additional usage will be charged. a photo of the meter is taken upon arrival and another upon departure, in the presence of the guest.
